The Ottawa Immigration Clinic provides Canadian Immigration Medical Exams for Immigrants and Refugees across Canada.
You must bring one of the following identification documents:
Original Passport (preferred document)
National Identification Card
Canadian driver’s License
Refugee Protection Claimant Document, Refugee Travel Document
Copy of Passport Certified by a Canadian Visa Office
Red Cross Travel Document, UN Laissez-passer
Your document must be original and valid ​
You must also bring the following:
Any forms or letters received from the IRCC.
All your prescription medications.
Must bring all significant medical reports.
Eye glasses or contacts - if you wear them.
Covid vaccine records if available.
Do not bring passport photos (we will take a digital photo)

The Ottawa immigration Clinic will send the results to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on your behalf when your medical exam is complete within 5 - 10 business days.

Pre-existing medical conditions should be reported and will be evaluated during the examination. It's important to disclose any existing health conditions, and our medical professionals will provide guidance on how these conditions may affect your immigration process.
Yes. All exam tests including X-rays and blood tests are done at the same location.
You may order a copy of your complete Immigration Medical Exam with a fee of $20.

Yes. We accept walk-in patients.
Yes. Family members can be examined together.
Yes, patients are welcome to have a chaperone, family member, or friend to their medical exam appointment for support and comfort.

Paid parking is available in the Azzi Medical Center parking lot using the Indigo Neo App. Free parking is available on side streets (Check each street for instructions).
No. You do NOT need to fast.
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Friday: 8:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
Payment methods accepted are cash and debit.
